All refunds must be pre-authorized by Customer Service and require a return authorization number.

To refund/replacement of an item, you must have purchased it from www.pamperspure.com.

If you received the wrong item—or a damaged or defective item we will ship you replacement item(s) if available. You will not be responsible for shipping charges.

We only ship to the continental United States and do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
